What is it?

This one-day Workshop and Introduction to Emotional & Cultural Intelligence using the EQ-i 2.0 Model, enables participants to explore and gain more insight into Emotional & Cultural Intelligence as a Leader and, includes them completing an EQ-i 2.0 Leadership assessment prior to them attending the one-day training workshop.

The Foundation Stone for the EQ Leadership Formula Coaching Programme is:  Integrity 
Leaders are made, not born.  They create and develop their leadership by having core values of fine character and integrity.

 

The programme and coaching will enable participants to build and hone their leadership skills as they explore their full emotional intelligence leadership profile and gain more insight after their 1:1 coaching.

As part of the programme, individuals will receive:

 

  • 1 Day Training which includes full outline and introduction of the EQ-i 2.0 model - 5 composite and 15 sub-set scales along with practices and principles of Emotional & Cultural Intelligence

  • Personalised EQ Leadership Report 

  • Group Feedback and overview of Leadership report

  • 1 x 1:1 - Feedback session on Personalised EQ Leadership report - (booked directly  with EQ coach)

  • 3 x 1.5 hours coaching sessions with their Emotional Intelligence Coach (booked directly with EQ coach)

 

 

All who are in a Leadership roles from first-line management to C-Suite

 

Learning Outcomes:

Participants will have gained insight into their EQ Leadership profile and will gain full insight into the 5 Composite scales and 15 Sub scales and the four quadrants of the CQ profile and through coaching will be able to apply the principles gained from the assessment, training, 1:1 feedback and coaching in alignment with their role and responsibilities as a leader; enabling them to further development and build upon their skillsets.
