A Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach, Master Trainer for the Certified ESAP2.0 Practitioner program, and distinguished Leadership Consultant, she has cultivated exceptional individuals and teams across both public and private sectors.
Jacqueline's distinctive talent lies in revitalising fractured leadership teams following mergers and acquisitions, unlocking the potential of underperforming boards, and developing high-intellect professionals with scientific and rational orientations.
With over three decades of experience as a Human Resource Development Specialist, she designs bespoke initiatives that integrate emotional and intercultural intelligence as foundational elements. Her comprehensive coaching and leadership development approaches leverage advanced assessment tools including EISAP2.0, EQ-i2.0, and EQ360, carefully calibrated to address individual, team, and organisational requirements.
As an accomplished author and international keynote speaker, Jacqueline shares her pioneering Multilateral Approach to Emotional Intelligence, which synthesises Emotional Intelligence, Cultural Intelligence, and Emotional Resilience. This framework has proven particularly valuable in transformation and organisational change initiatives across corporate environments, healthcare settings, and social care systems including specialised Dementia Care Management.
