Meet Jacqueline A. Hinds, Founder
Jacqueline A. Hinds brings unparalleled expertise as the driving force behind Wilson Hinds Consulting. A Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach, Master Trainer for the Certified ESAP2.0 Practitioner program, and distinguished Leadership Consultant, she has cultivated exceptional individuals and teams across both public and private sectors.
Jacqueline's distinctive talent lies in revitalising fractured leadership teams following mergers and acquisitions, unlocking the potential of underperforming boards, and developing high-intellect professionals with scientific and rational orientations.
With over three decades of experience as a Human Resource Development (HRD) Specialist, she designs bespoke initiatives that integrate emotional and intercultural intelligence as foundational elements. Her comprehensive coaching and leadership development approaches leverage advanced assessment tools including EISAP2.0, EQ-i2.0, and EQ360, carefully calibrated to address individual, team, and organisational requirements.
As an accomplished author and international keynote speaker, Jacqueline shares her pioneering Multilateral Approach to Emotional Intelligence (MAEI) model, which synthesises Emotional Intelligence, Cultural Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence and Emotional Resilience. This framework has proven invaluable within transformation and organisational change initiatives across corporate environments, healthcare settings, and social care systems including cross-cultural and organisational transformation initiatives.
Jacqueline brings a depth of expertise across corporate leadership, healthcare innovation, third-sector development, and social justice reform, underpinned by a deep personal and professional commitment to equity and accountability. Central to her work is a passionate focus on addressing domestic abuse against women and girls, with particular expertise in ensuring that the voices, lived experiences, and systemic realities of Black African and Caribbean women are meaningfully represented within Domestic Abuse Related Death Reviews (DARDRs).
As an Accredited Chair in Domestic Abuse Related Death Reviews, Jacqueline plays a critical role in championing culturally informed, trauma-aware approaches that strengthen learning, challenge institutional blind spots, and drive safer outcomes. Her work is further informed by her roles as a Domestic Abuse Scrutiny Panel Member with the British Transport Police, an Expert Panel Member, and a Senior Selection Assessor with the College of Policing, positions that reflect her trusted leadership and influence within safeguarding and justice systems.
Her commitment to community leadership remains deeply embedded through her Women of Faith programme, alongside the delivery of specialist domestic abuse training and workshops. Jacqueline also serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees for PLIAS Resettlement and as a Trustee for the Manchester Academy Community Research and Training Institute (MaCTRI), continuing to advocate for marginalised voices and systemic change across sectors.
Empowering Excellence Through Personal Transformation
Throughout my career, I have dedicated myself to empowering individuals across diverse professions and backgrounds to discover their untapped potential and access their rich reservoir of knowledge, skills, and expertise, often dormant or overlooked. My greatest reward comes from witnessing clients recognise their capabilities, develop their talents, and confidently pursue new career opportunities or achieve long-abandoned aspirations.
A pivotal moment in my professional journey occurred in my early twenties when my confidence was profoundly challenged during my pursuit of training accreditation. This setback became the catalyst for an unexpected journey of self-discovery and professional growth, guiding me toward expertise I never anticipated developing.
The path of continuous learning and personal evolution has shaped my approach to client development, and I remain both humbled and grateful for the experiences that have brought me to this point in my life journey.
The Art of Human Potential
People empowerment is not merely my profession, it is intrinsically woven into the fabric of my identity. Having cultivated this expertise throughout my career, I now dedicate myself to sharing transformative knowledge that enables others to develop and flourish in areas requiring specialised support, whether enhancing professional confidence or revitalising motivation to achieve progressive outcomes.
My approach distinguishes itself through the artful integration of narrative techniques, strategic coaching methodologies, and contemporary training frameworks. By maintaining unwavering focus on person-centered solutions, I create pathways for individuals, teams, and organisations to align with their core visions, foundational values, and critical objectives.
I bring dynamic energy, authentic passion for human development, and refined expertise to energise, inspire, and motivate those I serve. My commitment remains steadfast: to partner with you in your journey to Realise, Unlock, and Release Your True Potential.
