Cultural Intelligence

Cultural Intelligence (CQ) is the ability to recognise and adapt to cultural differences. It can give you the confidence to operate successfully in a wide range of settings. Culture doesn't just refer to nationality, ethnicity or religion.

Emotional Resilience

Resilience is often described as a person's ability to adapt and bounce back when things are up against them and things may have gone awry.
