"Everything you want is on the other side of fear" ~ Anthony Douglas Williams ~
Over the many years of coaching and conducting personal development and empowerment programmes, I've always encouraged others to do what Susan Jeffers wrote about in her book 'Feel the fear and do it anyway' published in 2007.
You see, everyone gets fearful, fretful and unsure about what they want, what they are about to do and, more to the point, whether the initiative they are currently undertaking will come to fruition. It is far too easy for me to say, 'don't worry, things will work out' for you, and all the individual would be thinking is you don't know what I'm feeling, you really don't know what it's like.
You'd be right. I don't know what you're feeling but, I do know what it is like. We may be going through similar situations and our emotions would be all over the place yes, our journeys may be different but, it doesn't mean I wont't understand what you're feeling and, more to the point where you are right now.
So tell me... What are you afraid of?
How can I help?
We are living in such a time as this, where fear has no place setting at the table.
